How much can I save?

How it works

Saving money on international calls is not as easy as many people are led to believe.
Many times the real price you end up paying is often clouded by hidden surcharges, gimmicks and fees.

Another problem many callers face is the differing and often changing call rates which can be somewhat of a hassle trying to calculate and quite confusing at times.

For example, using Brastel from your mobile phone, and depending on the time and place, a call to a mobile phone in USA would cost approximately 24 yen a minute and a call to Spain would cost 49 yen a minute, whereas a call to a mobile phone in Argentina would cost 53 yen a minute, and a phone call to Australia would cost you 48 yen a minute!

Another factor many consumers fail to realize when using other calling services is that their domestic phone bill is still being charged separately while calling overseas. Most mobile phone services in Japan cost between 40-60 yen a minute for a standard plan from the carries.. So realistically speaking, a phone call overseas from a mobile phone in most cases costs 40-60 yen more per minute than the calling service’s displayed calling rate!

So, let’s say if you happen to be an English speaker and need to make a call to New York and Sydney and both of your phone calls last an average of 10 minutes each. Including your mobile phone bill, how much did those two calls cost you altogether? 990 yen at least.-Am I right? How about a call to Spain and Argentina altogether? - It gets a bit confusing, doesn’t it?

YND has only one call rate-20 yen per minute! - Cheaper than the average domestic rate! Not only that, we are a domestic toll free service which means your domestic mobile phone bill is not charged when you use YND! This makes a big difference in most cases.
